This trip began with a visit to Virginia and a short stop at Yale.
InterVarsity has a retreat and training center in New Hampshire called Toah Nipi. I volunteered to spend a few days assisting one of our student conferences for New England campuses.
My first few days at Toah Nipi continued the cold and rainy trend I had been experiencing.
But then the sun came out and it was pretty nice.
There are lots of places for rest and contemplation.
There’s lots of natural beauty.
The lake provides lots of recreation.
And lots of beauty.
A hike around the lake is great exercise.
If you have a canoe or a kayak you can take your photo on a rock in the middle of the lake.
Students and staff have productive meetings, but also time for reading and contemplation.
And also time for prayer, at the prayer circle.
Met a lot of new friends and had a great week at Toah Nipi.
